During the urban renovation of the Kiryat Menahem neighborhood, in Jerusalem, the Government helped the residents to help themselves, by enhancing their self-identity. On completion of the project, the utmost mark of self-identity was designed - hand - woven carpets for the immigrants from Bukhara, a harp for the music maker.
